This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Yesenia Banuelos who was born in California on November 5, 1990 and passed away on July 18, 2013.  Due to a Tragic Car accident   You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Yesenia Bañuelos was an angel in disguise within her time here on earth.

She was an amazing woman with big dreams and aspirations for herself and her daughter. She surpassed many barriers and obstacles throughout her life, and sought to ameliorate her family’s situation by studying and working hard throughout high school. It did not end there; she was the first in her family to attain a college degree. Graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with bachelors in French and Political Science.

She was a strong woman, lovely daughter, devoted student, wonderful sister, caring friend and most importantly, one of the BEST mothers in the world. Her motherhood brought out the best of her and it was very admirable to see her fight for her “pedasito de carne” despite all odds. As Yesi's mother would say, Melodie was a piece of her own flesh.

Unfortunately, Yesi was rushed to the hospital after a tragic accident this past Sunday July 14th (her daughter’s birthday). She has left her humble parents, five siblings and a beautiful 2-year-old daughter.

最後の悲嘆
David Tucker Not goodbye, it's See you later September 9, 2013
You're not dead, you are just on a long vacation in paradise. Many that love you, miss you, but they know that that will one day take that long vacation because it's a part of life. We know that you are looking down on us from heaven, and we'll be together in paradise one day. So, never think of a death as goodbye. It's not goodbye, it's see you later. Rest in Paradise, Yesenia. I love and miss you. It's not goodbye, it's see you later
